You're not here because you're falling apart. You're here because you're tired of holding everything together alone and you're ready to finally feel as good on the inside as you look on the outside. Here's how we work together.

For burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and the quiet feeling that something has to change
This is your hour. No agenda to keep, no one else's feelings to manage, no performance required.
In our 45-minute sessions, we'll get underneath what's actually going on: not just the symptoms, but the patterns, the history, and the story you've been telling yourself. We'll use practical, evidence-based tools you can take into your actual life, and we'll do the deeper work of understanding why you keep ending up in the same place.
This is a good fit if you're dealing with:
Burnout and chronic overwhelm
Anxiety, overthinking, or people-pleasing
Perfectionism and the fear of not being enough
Relationship patterns that keep repeating
Major life transitions (new job, breakup, quarter-life crisis — yes, that's real)
Low self-esteem or a disconnected sense of self
Available in person in Flatiron, Manhattan, or online via secure video anywhere in New York State.

For when talk therapy alone isn't cutting it
Sometimes you know why you react a certain way and you still can't stop doing it. That's where EMDR comes in.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain actually process and release experiences that got stuck; instead of just talking around them. It's especially powerful if you've noticed that present-day situations keep triggering old feelings that feel way bigger than the moment calls for.
EMDR might be right for you if:
You have a history of trauma (big or small; it counts either way)
You feel triggered by situations that "shouldn't" bother you this much
You've done talk therapy and feel like you've hit a ceiling
You want to move forward, not just manage
We'll always go at your pace. EMDR is integrated into our work together when it feels right, never forced.
Available in person in Flatiron, Manhattan, or online via secure video anywhere in New York State.

Because adult friendship is way harder than anyone warned you
You moved to a new city, changed jobs, outgrew some people, got busy and suddenly realized your social life looks nothing like it used to. Making (and keeping) friends as an adult is genuinely hard, and almost nobody talks about it.
This 6-week group is for women in their 20s and 30s who want to reflect on, rebuild, and deepen their friendships. Each 60-minute session covers a different piece of the puzzle:
Understanding why adult friendship is so hard right now
Grieving friendships that have changed or ended
How to actually make new friends (without it being awkward)
Being a good friend without losing yourself
Building a social life that feels meaningful, not obligatory
Small group. Real conversations. No toxic positivity.

I am always looking to add to my own referral network, while being part of others’. This helps me connect clients with the right people when they need support outside of what I offer. If you feel I’m a good fit, I’d be happy to be a part of your referral network too. It’s all about making sure everyone gets the right support

I offer peer consultation to create a supportive space for therapists to connect, share experiences, and work through challenges together. It’s a great way to get fresh perspectives, build confidence, and enhance our skills. By learning from each other, we can grow and improve, all while staying connected and supported in our work.
